Thesis

• My thesis is available online. The title is The mock homotopy category of projectives and Grothendieck duality and the main point is that even though projective quasi-coherent sheaves are very rare, surprisingly enough the homotopy category of projective sheaves makes perfect sense and has very nice properties.

Old talk slides

• “Homotopy categories, Grothendieck duality and Singularities“. I gave two talks, one at the University of Sydney (10/07) which emphasied singularities (PDF) and one at Macquarie University (10/07) which emphasised the categorical aspects, particularly infinite completions of small triangulated categories (PDF).
• “The mock homotopy category of projectives and Grothendieck duality“. The slides for a talk I gave at the Centre de Recerca Matematica (CRM) in Barcelona (11/07) on my thesis research (PDF).
