There is no comprehensive english translation of EGA that I’m aware of. If you are interested in a specific section I may be able to point you to an english reference.

You can find various other resources (scans etc.) by following the links on my Blogroll.

It’s not very helpful, but the usual answer to this question is: learn some basic French. I can’t speak French but I can read EGA!
